How to reach CalculateFox about a wrong result, a broken calculator, a privacy question or a correction.
One address, read by the person who maintains the site.
Reporting a wrong result
Include:
- the page URL;
- the exact inputs you used;
- the result you expected and the result you got;
- where the expected number comes from, if it is an official figure.
Corrections to a formula are treated as urgent, because a calculator that is wrong is worse than a calculator that is missing. If a page cannot be fixed quickly, it is taken down until it can be.
Broken pages
A link that 404s, a button that does nothing, a layout that breaks on your phone — all useful. Say which browser and device you were using.
Privacy and data
We hold no user data to delete, because there are no accounts and no stored calculations. If your question is about what Cloudflare’s edge logs contain, ask and we will explain what the infrastructure records.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give medical, tax, legal or financial advice, and we cannot confirm what an official body will decide in your case. For those, use the calculator to get your numbers and then speak to the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
